Much if not most of this revenue falls under the heading of management services revenue, which climbed to $253.7 million in 2008, compared with $214.6 million for Grubb & Ellis and NNN Realty Advisors combined in 2007.

Segment income was $409 million versus $605 million in the 2008 fourth quarter. JCI Business Journal of Milwaukee Johnson Controls reports $608M net loss 01/01/2009 Sales for all three of its businesses declined, with the automotive experience and power solutions businesses both posting 32 percent declines in sales, to $3.1 billion and $1.1 billion, respectively. The declines were largely blamed on a significant drop in global automotive production volumes. North American auto production was down 30 percent during the company's fiscal first quarter and is expected to be worse, down 46 percent, during the second quarter.Building efficiency sales were down 5 percent in the quarter, to $3.1 billion, largely because of double-digit declines in the North American residential HVAC business and in Europe. Mace i-FM net Macro cracks America 01/10/2009 FM provider Macro has confirmed the formation of a new senior team in North America following the award of a seven-year deal with a financial services organisation to deliver facilities management across its North American office portfolio.The contract is Macro's first in the American market. Managing Director Pete Brumby said it was particularly significant because it means Macro is one of the very few UK companies that can support clients outsourced facilities management requirements across North America, Europe and the Middle East.
